Blooming flower

I saw a flower today

A small flower, blooming all alone at the side of the road

Fighting through the hardships of the winter

Withstanding the harsh wind and the loneliness

A flower more beautiful than any flower I had seen before

Because finding something beautiful

In a lonely, grey and cold-hearted world

Brings more joy

Than a whole field of flowers

Blooming on a sunny day
